Leon Tomić

A technologist with deep roots in hands-on engineering and a sharp eye for what makes software teams and systems work.

Leon cut his teeth managing IT infrastructure and building software at his family's business — gaining the kind of practical, ground-level experience that's difficult to replicate in a classroom. He went on to spend a year and a half developing across desktop, mobile, and web platforms at a startup, refining his craft as a developer and building a thorough understanding of the full product lifecycle. With four years at the Zagreb Computer Alliance behind him and ongoing studies at the Zagreb University of Applied Sciences, he brings both breadth and depth to technical problem-solving. At AYMO, Leon assists our technical due diligence efforts, evaluating system architecture, technical debt, scalability, and engineering capability across startups in our pipeline.
