Marijana Flego

Marijana brings a combination of corporate finance, startup operations, and hands-on execution experience, built across more than a decade in both London and Zagreb.

She began her career in Corporate and Investment Banking at Zagrebačka banka, working on M&A transactions across the region. After relocating to London, she pivoted into the startup world, working closely with founders across multiple early and growth-stage companies in varying sectors. As a Principal at AYMO Ventures, Marijana combines her investment and operational expertise, primarily supporting AYMO's Accelerator Fund and Accelerator Program, while also being involved in the fund's broader investment activities. With a multifaceted background spanning investor relations, due diligence, and day-to-day startup operations, she brings this experience to supporting startups, giving her a practical, founder-first perspective.
