Nikolina Gadža

Nikolina started her career in the Big Four, building a strong foundation in strategy, transactions, and audit at EY and KPMG Croatia.

Her experience spans M&A transaction support, due diligence, management reporting and financial consolidation, as well as audit engagements primarily focused on funds, their management companies, and banks, alongside corporate clients. Today, as Head of Operations, Nikolina oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, covering compliance and governance, investor relations and reporting, as well as process improvement. In her role, she focuses on coordinating internal activities, supporting effective communication with investors, and refining operational processes to support AYMO's objectives.
